On Tuesday 17 June 2025, BID’s staff and supporters will once again take part in the London Legal Walk, a 10km walk through central London in support of access to justice.

The route starts and ends at Carey Street, just behind the Royal Courts of Justice, taking walkers past some of London’s most iconic legal and historic landmarks. 

It’s a fantastic evening of solidarity and fundraising, bringing together legal professionals, charities, and campaigners who believe in equal access to justice for all.

We’re walking to raise vital funds for BID’s free legal advice line, which provides support to people held in immigration detention. The demand for this service continues to grow, with many callers facing urgent and complex legal situations. Every pound raised helps us answer more calls and reach more people in crisis.
