We're looking for people who have experienced detention to share their views for a research project on legal advice in prisons & detention centres.

We will use the information provided to see if people in prisons are receiving enough legal aid advice in relation to their immigration cases and to produce a report to show if there needs to be change.

You would not be identified by name in the research. By completing this questionnaire, you would be agreeing to your answers and any anonymised information from your case files held by BID to be used by BID in its research. This means that you will not be identifiable.

BID wants to thank you for any help you can give with this project.

Please answer the questions in the questionnaire as best you can, and answer as many as possible. Your answers can be as long or as short as you like. You can also answer the questions in another language if you prefer.
