Head of Legal Services

Salary: £46,500 plus 5% pension

This senior role is a unique opportunity to lead BID’s award-winning legal team and shape the future of our services. You’ll oversee a team of Legal Managers, support volunteers, and contribute to our strategic planning. The role requires strong legal experience, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to trauma-informed, inclusive practice.

Participation Officer

Salary: Up to £37,293 FTE (£22,375.80 pro rata) plus 5% pension

We’re looking for someone who can build meaningful connections with people affected by immigration detention and help embed their voices across all areas of our work. This role will lead the implementation of BID’s Lived Experience Strategy and support the co-creation of our next organisational plan.
