Support BID’s Team for the London Legal Walk
We’re doing the London Legal Walk on 18th June to raise money for our work. Will you join us and sponsor our team?
On 18th June BID will be walking 10km with the Lady Chief Justice and thousands of lawyers to raise funds for our advice line which received over 7,000 calls last year and achieved 334 bail grants, a success rate of 86%.
We are hoping to raise £3,000 – enough to power the running of our advice line for 12 weeks – to support people detained under immigration powers in the UK to access life changing free legal advice and we need your support.
Join us for a scenic walk along the river and help the team raise funds to support our work. The walk will culminate in a street party on Carey Street with street food vendors, fire jugglers and musicians. A wonderful way to celebrate the achievement.
